You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on unopened products. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.
Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Due to the nature of our product (personal skincare/sealant), opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Qualifying returns receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, no return required. We take pride in our product and want every customer to receive it in perfect condition.
If we sent you the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Contact us and we'll ship the correct item right away at no additional cost. You can keep the wrong item or send it back — your call.
