We stand behind SnorkelSnot 100%. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right. We offer a simple, no-hassle return policy because we believe in our product and your satisfaction.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on unopened products. Just reach out and we'll take care of you.

Unopened Products Only

Products must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund. Due to the nature of our product (personal skincare/sealant), opened items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Full Refund

Qualifying returns receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

How to Return

Contact us — Email snorkelsnot@gmail.com or use our Contact page with your order number and reason for the return. We'll respond within 1-2 business days.
Ship it back — We'll provide a return shipping address. Please pack the product securely. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
Get your refund — Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you, no return required. We take pride in our product and want every customer to receive it in perfect condition.

Wrong Item Received

If we sent you the wrong product, we sincerely apologize. Contact us and we'll ship the correct item right away at no additional cost. You can keep the wrong item or send it back — your call.

Wholesale Returns

Wholesale orders have a separate return policy. Please contact your wholesale account manager or email us directly to discuss returns on bulk orders.
