Every order ships from the island of Oʻahu. We use USPS for all deliveries. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. During busy seasons, processing may take an extra day or two.

Packages shipping from Hawaiʻi sometimes show a delay in tracking updates while in transit to the mainland. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5+ business days, contact us and we'll look into it.
