Every order ships from the island of Oʻahu. We use USPS for all deliveries. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.

Retail orders over $100 ship free, applied automatically at checkout — no code needed. Mainland orders get free Priority Mail rather than Ground, so a $100 order doesnʼt spend three weeks on a boat. Orders within Hawaiʻi get free Ground Advantage, which is already quick here.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. During busy seasons, processing may take an extra day or two.

We don't currently offer in-person pickup, but you can find us at retail locations across the island.
Packages shipping from Hawaiʻi often show long gaps in tracking while crossing to the mainland — Ground Advantage now travels by sea, so a quiet week mid-ocean is normal rather than a sign anything is wrong. If Priority Mail hasn't updated in 5+ business days, or Ground Advantage in 14+, contact us and we'll look into it.
